Boss DM-3
Made in the 1980s, the DM-3 was the last analog delay produced by Boss, building on the now-vintage sounds of its older sibling, the DM-2. Adding an additional filter and high-speed noise reduction to the earlier circuit, the DM-3 also features a Direct Out jack, which lets you run 2 amps, for a pseudo-stereo effect. That is hands-down one of the best features of this pedal, and why I keep coming back to it after all these years.

Boss DS-1 W/Seeing Eye Mod
Keeley Electronics Boss DS-1 SEM was designed to correct the originals shortcomings both in tone and distortion quality. The intention of the DS-1 SEM was to not only increase the amount of gain available, but also make it usable, smoother gain through careful tuning of the tone control network. Beyond tuning the DS-1 SEM for better tone through new values of parts, many of the original units parts were discarded and substituted for premium components such as tantalum capacitors. To increase initial gain, Keeley incorporated a unique diode in the circuit, which doubles as the "Seeing Eye". As notes or chords are played, the light-emitting-diode flashes and pulses with equivalent intensity as your guitar signal. A cool look certainly, but very useful ? in fact, this type of clipping is used to help "gain up" even the most famous of amplifiers such as Marshalls Jubilee series amps, first introduced in 1987, and reissued in various forms since then.

Boss FDR-1
The second in the new Legend Series is the FDR-1, based on the Fender 1965-era Deluxe Reverb ? a coveted tube amp known for its natural touch-responsive and distinctive snappy overdriven sound. In conjunction with Fender, BOSS designed this stompbox to recreate the legendary tone of the 1965 Fender Deluxe Reverb amp. Features include the same controls on the original Deluxe Reverb: Level, Gain, Treble, Bass, Vibrato and Reverb. The FDR-1 also functions perfectly as a ?pre-gain pedal? placed before an already overdriven amp to add the tone character of the Deluxe Reverb.

Boss SD-1 W/Keeley Mod
The SD-1 has great tone to start with. As with all of Robert Keeleys modifications every component that is added is of the highest quality. Metal film capacitors are used in the SD-1 modification to provide the smoothest mid-range and high frequency. The overall bass response of the pedal has been increased as well. Metal film resistors are used in all of our changes to give each pedal a consistent sound with extremely low-noise. In addition we have improved the BOSS switching making it even closer to true-bypass! The SD1 Ge modification includes a two-way gain switch that lets you select between two different diodes for the clipping/distortion section of the pedal. The ?down? position selects a germanium diode (the ?Ge? part of the name). The Ge diode clips the signal more than a standard silicone diode. This provides a more saturated, compressed, and smoother sound with more distortion available. The ?up? position selects an LED for the clipping section, which clips less, allowing a clearer, more ?open? sound, with less compression, more dynamic response, and more available output. Both are asymmetrical and both are an attempt to make the pedal more ?tube-like,? since tubes and transformers rarely produce a symmetrical distortion.

This is a new version which is more pedalboard friendly. It can utilize a Standard Boss-style 2.1mm adaptor (not included). No battery option. You can daisy chain this fuzz with the rest of your pedalboard with no issues. Utilizes an on-board charge pump to allow it to use a standard negative ground adaptor. Plus, I've added what most people would agree is the most valuable Buzzaround mod of them all, a Master Volume knob. The controls on a Buzzaround are very interactive and a lot of great tones exist where all the knobs are at or near max. However, this is a very loud pedal when all the controls are near max and with the original there is no way to reduce volume and keep those amazing tones. That's where the master volume (knob on the edge) comes in. Makes this pedal much more usable for stage and recording situations.

Goudie 808
The GoudieFX 808 is based on the classic ts808 design with the less/more mod applied and component upgrades across the board. The less/more mod yields less gain at minimum settings (great clean boost) and twice the gain at maximum drive settings. This is a great sound for many styles including alternative, jazz, blues, rock, hard rock and country, also sounds great pushing a cranked marshall or mesa for a lead boost. There is a toggle switch that allows you to select either symmetrical (toggle UP) or asymmetrical diode clipping (toggle DOWN). Asymmetrical mode adds an extra diode to one side which gives you more head room and less compression, very bluesy strat sounds. The 808 is built using a new production JRC4558D, 1% metal film resistors and quality polyester film capacitors for a great tone with the least noise possible. Keeley Magnetic Echo
Keeley Magnetic Echo ? The Mag-Echo pedal simulates tube tape echo sounds by using the delay circuit and a little bit of modulation. Tape echos have long been regarded as a warm and very guitar friendly form of delay. The Mag-Echo achieves similar results by using a touch of Lo-Fi delay, a slightly filtered echo response to keep things warm, and some modulation. Modulation, or ?Wow and Flutter? in the tape world is a slight pitch shift or wavering that occurs as the tape is pulled across the heads. The modulation we use is similar to what we use in our Seafoam Chorus, a slight wavering of pitch on the trails of the repeats. With a simple set of controls for the delay ? Time, Regen, and Level and with the ?Wow and Flutter? controls ? Depth and Rate you can create some very vintage or rather unique tones.

Mad Professor Mighty Red Distortion
MRD is a high-gain distortion pedal, which was modeled after the 80?s style compressed gain sounds. It is extremely easy (and a lot of fun) to play because its texture is adjusted to give clarity and definition also at heavy distortion. The gain range allows also low distortion sounds as well as stacking with other pedals, where an overdrive (preferably MP LGW) can pre-drive MRD for extreme and highly focused sounds. To get these gain levels with their impressive signal to noise ratio, we didnt use any noise gate or expander. Instead, we used special amplifier techniques and extremely low noise amplifier stages, which result in a natural decay and a rather high current consumption for a distortion pedal in view of battery operation. MRD has that 80?s sound many have longed for but never got before at such low noise levels and versatility. The Presence control was designed to control the upper treble, but not to affect the upper midrange, so that you can get the exact treble you desire. You can master anything from fat warm singing distortion to screaming cutting leads with the MRDs Presence control. Step into your spandex trousers and plug in the Mighty Red Distortion pedal!

Way Huge Aqua Puss MKII
The Way Huge Electronics Aqua-Puss MkII Analog Delay pedal offers bold analog and tape delay echo. Over the years, the Way Huge Aqua-Puss received tremendous praise for its outstanding tone, but because of its scarcity, the cost of finding a used pedal went soaring. Once you hear this reissue, you will know exactly what all the fuss was about. One twist of the Aqua-Puss pedal's Delay knob takes you from a tight 20ms delay to a cavernous 300ms. The Feedback control regulates delay duration and intensity. But watch out. Extreme settings can send the Aqua-Puss MkII into self-oscillating psycho-freak-out mode. Meanwhile the Blend knob lets you set a balance between dry and delayed signal-from mild to wild. The Aqua-Puss MkII delivers all the spooky mystery of vintage analog delay and tape-based echo, with none of the hassle of creaky, ancient gear. This reissued pedal features delay, feedback and blend knobs, just like the original.
